1. Registration for BLR21K is subject to availability and may close once the maximum participant capacity is reached.
2. The information provided by a participant during registration must be accurate, complete and current.
3. A registration is considered confirmed only upon successful completion of the registration process and receipt of the applicable registration fee.
4. Registration is personal and non-transferable unless the Organiser expressly permits a transfer within the specified timeline and under the applicable conditions.
5. Participants must provide accurate personal information, including their name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during registration.
6. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse, cancel or modify a registration where false, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information has been provided.
1. Participants must meet the age and other eligibility requirements specified for their selected race category.
2. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and medically capable of participating in the Event.
3. Participants are advised to consult a medical professional before undertaking strenuous physical activity, particularly if they have any existing medical condition or concern.
4. Participation in the Event is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
5. The Organiser reserves the right to prevent or discontinue a participant’s participation if, in the reasonable opinion of the Organiser, medical, safety, security or other circumstances warrant such action.
Participants must comply with all Event rules, safety instructions, route instructions and directions issued by ICS, Event officials, volunteers, medical personnel, security personnel and other authorised representatives.
Failure to comply with such instructions may result in disqualification or removal from the Event without any entitlement to a refund.
ICS reserves the right to modify the Event date, venue, route, race categories, start times, event format or any other aspect of the Event where necessary due to operational, administrative, safety, security, weather, governmental, regulatory, force majeure or other circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control.
The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to registered participants through the contact details and communication channels available to it.
In the event that BLR21K is cancelled, postponed or substantially modified, the applicable arrangements will be communicated to registered participants by the Organiser.
The treatment of registration fees in such circumstances will be governed by the applicable Cancellation Policy communicated by ICS.
Where timing services are provided, race timings and results will be subject to the applicable timing system and verification procedures.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend, correct or withdraw results where an error, discrepancy, rule violation or other relevant issue is identified.
By registering for and/or participating in BLR21K, participants acknowledge that photographs, videos, audio recordings and other content may be captured during the Event.
Participants grant ICS and its authorised partners, sponsors, agencies and representatives the right to use such content for legitimate purposes including event documentation, publicity, advertising, marketing, social media, editorial and promotional activities, without further notice or compensation, subject to applicable law.
All content on this website and relating to BLR21K, including but not limited to logos, names, trademarks, designs, graphics, photographs, videos, text and other materials, is owned by or licensed to ICS or its authorised partners.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
The website or Event communications may contain links to third-party websites, platforms or services. These links are provided for convenience.
ICS is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices or policies of third-party websites or services.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or BLR21K shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having competent jurisdiction over Bengaluru, Karnataka.
