Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Participant

Once a registration for BLR21K has been successfully completed, the registration fee is generally non-refundable.

Cancellation requests, where permitted, must be submitted to the Organiser within the period and through the process specifically communicated for the Event.

Any applicable refund will be subject to the terms and conditions communicated by Infinity Creative Solutions (ICS) and may be subject to applicable administrative, payment gateway or other charges.

Transfer of Registration

Registration transfers or changes in participant details may be permitted only at the discretion of the Organiser and within the timelines specifically announced for the Event.

No transfer shall be considered valid unless it has been formally approved and processed through the official process specified by the Organiser.

Cancellation or Postponement by the Organiser

ICS reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule or modify BLR21K due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Government orders or restrictions;
• Public health emergencies;
• Severe weather conditions;
• Natural disasters;
• Security concerns;
• Force majeure events;
• Route, venue or operational constraints; or
• Any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser.

In such circumstances, ICS will communicate the applicable arrangements to registered participants through the official communication channels.

Refunds in Case of Event Cancellation

If the Event is cancelled, postponed or substantially modified, the Organiser may, at its discretion and subject to the circumstances, offer one or more of the following:

• Transfer of registration to a rescheduled edition of the Event;
• Transfer of registration to another applicable event or category;
• A partial or full refund, subject to applicable deductions; or
• Any other arrangement communicated by the Organiser.

The applicable option will be determined by ICS based on the circumstances of the cancellation or postponement.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method used for the registration.

Refund processing may take approximately 5–10 working days from the date of approval. The actual time taken for the refund to reflect in the participant’s account may vary depending on the participant’s bank or payment service provider.

Non-Refundable Charges

Certain charges, including payment gateway charges, transaction charges, administrative charges, third-party service charges or other applicable costs, may be non-refundable.

Communication

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the contact details provided during registration are accurate and accessible.

ICS will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant changes or cancellations through the official communication channels available to it.

Policy Updates

ICS reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any revised policy will be effective upon publication on the official BLR21K website.
