Returns and Refund Policy

Registration Fees

Registration fees are generally non-refundable once the registration has been successfully completed.

Any exception to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Infinity Creative Solutions (ICS), the Organiser of BLR21K, and will be subject to the applicable Cancellation Policy.

Registration Transfers

Registration transfers may be permitted only where expressly announced by the Organiser.

Any transfer must be completed through the official process and within the specified timeline.

Unauthorised transfers, resale or use of another participant’s registration may result in disqualification.

Event Merchandise and Participant Kits

Where merchandise, race kits, T-shirts, medals or other physical items are included as part of the Event, these items may not be returned or exchanged except where:

• The item supplied is materially different from the item ordered;
• The item is damaged or defective at the time of collection or delivery; or
• The Organiser has specifically announced a replacement or exchange process.

Any claim relating to a damaged, defective or incorrect item must be reported to the Organiser within the timeline specified by ICS.

Refunds

Where a refund has been approved by ICS, the refund will generally be processed through the original payment method.

Refund processing may take approximately 5–10 working days from the date of approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in the participant’s account may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.

Non-Refundable Charges

Payment gateway charges, transaction charges, administrative charges and other third-party charges may be non-refundable.
